1. TWIST YOUR BOOTS IN ALL DIRECTIONS:
The first thing to do when buying a new pair of shoes is to twist them in all directions. The purpose of this action is to make them more flexible overall before wearing them. A new pair of shoes tend to be very stiff, so twisting them sideways and bending the sole will gradually reduce this stiffness. You can do this several times a day before wearing your pair.

2. WEAR YOUR PAIR AT HOME:
One of the best ways to get your new shoes to fit naturally is to wear them at home. The goal is to wear your new pair of shoes like you would wear slippers. Wear your new shoes when you’re watching TV, playing video games, or on your computer. Wear your new boots when you’re almost standing still or at rest. 3. WEAR YOUR PAIR GRADUALLY:
To feel completely comfortable in your football boots, it takes time. Therefore, you may want to wear your new boots only during the first few minutes of training. The first few minutes of training are dedicated to warming up. Do some jogging with them, some jogging runs, and then change shoes (take your old football boots with you) for the rest of the training. 4. SOAK YOUR PAIR IN HOT WATER:
This is a technique used by many players in a hurry to play in their new boots: soak the pair in hot water. Hot water (above 40°) will tend to soften your boot if it has a synthetic upper. All mesh, knit or synthetic leather boots can be soaked in hot water. However, this technique should be avoided for leather boots (kangaroo, calf, bull) as the water will tend to stiffen and harden this type of material.
