2022 CHAMPIONS LEAGUE FINAL BALL UNVEILED BY ADIDAS
For the final of the 67th edition of the Champions League, adidas has created a ball with a social purpose. It is stamped with the word peace in English and Cyrillic.
Following the presentation of the new Ligue 1 ball by Kipsta, adidas has now unveiled the ball for the C1 final. In its original form, the ball carries a symbolic message. The grey ball is covered with the words “мир | PEACE”, the Cyrillic and English translation of the word peace.

THE BALL WILL BE AUCTIONED
In terms of design, the ball has no colour. The white panels symbolise truce and unity. For obvious reasons, this sobriety replaces the graphics imagined by addias in a nod to Saint Petersburg. Before the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, the city was supposed to host the LDC final. The event was finally relocated to the Stade de France in Saint-Denis.

This year, the ball of the Champions League final will not be put on sale. It will be auctioned off after the match between Liverpool and Real Madrid. The proceeds will go to the UNHCR, the United Nations refugee agency.
